Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items such as personal-use products, damaged goods caused by misuse, or items not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Since we only accept cash on delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
